Toronto Blue Jays
While contracted by SLD, our team provided digital strategy and experience design for MLB's Toronto Blue Jays. The experience flagship Shop at Cadillac Fairview's Toronto Eaton Centre featured exclusive apparel, a connection to the stadium, and provided a one of a kind fan experience. We worked closely with the Blue Jays marketing and brand team to develop digital experiences that attract customers in and engage them throughout their journey. The goal was to showcase fashionable apparel, build fan advocacy, and highlight exclusive products.

Guests are attracted in with a a unique digital entranceway that is layered with carved important dates in Jays history. Inside digital experiences provide surprise and delight, like a unique hat wall with motion rich digital content. Jersey personalization kiosks allowed customers to add their own name or their favourite Jays player’s name to the jersey. During game days all screens in the store switched to a live game day feed, allowing a connection between the store and stadium.
