While contracted by SLD, our team provided digital strategy and experience design for Regions Bank's new retail bank branch design. Our team also helped shape the standards for in branch digital content and created a series of educational content spots intended to move customers towards using online and mobile tools for day to day banking and demystifying technology. We also designed mobile and interactive experiences to provide deeper 2-way engagement for customers.
